A cold front will bring another line of storms to North Carolina and South Carolina Wednesday. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain, gusty winds, and even an isolated tornado or two. The National Weather Service's Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk (tier 2 out of 5) for portions of the Carolinas.
