We've all constructed a narrative about who we are as people. This set of beliefs -- structure -- becomes an intrinsic part of our identity. The MOST IMPORTANT idea though is; because we've created our self-concept it is malleable, not fixed. Therefore, you have the power at anytime to redefine your limiting self concepts!
