As soon as Linh gave birth to Lilah we started looking at ways to increase milk supply. I had heard about Oatmeal as a way of increasing milk supply but owning a coffee shop it dawned on me that it might be worth looking into the benefits of Oat Milk.  So after some research I did a small podcast on it.  Ps. if you want to make oat milk here is the recipe otherwise jump onto Prasads Home and Garden and purchase some, it's a lot easier.  How Do You Make Oat Milk? To start making oat milk, you will need two ingredients: oats and water. You will also need a blender, a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, and a jar to store the oat milk. First, measure out 2 cups of oats and 4 cups of water. Steel cut oats, rolled oats, or instant oats may be used. Then, soak the oats in the water in the refrigerator overnight.
