The Intuitive Woman

Today on the podcast I share the beautiful Spirit Sisters Retreat experience  Dawn and I hosted in Orient Ny.   We were so fortunate to be able to bring these amazing ladies together for a day of yoga and healing along with Chef Nancy Ferraris. Although it was only a One Day Retreat, it was exactly what everyone needed.  You will hear Dawn and I speak about what it took for us to put this together.. The emotional ups and downs of letting go of the Napa Retreat that didn’t happen in April due to the pandemic. Our feelings of togetherness and yearning  for “in person” connection. How we bond more and more as Sisters hosting Retreats and can’t wait to host more in 2021. Why putting ourselves first as Healers, Mom's and Women is so instrumental.  And… being a bit silly as sisters.  HINT..
