College football week 2 is in the books and it was an emotional one. Our coaches Dori Bennett, Scott Laigo, and I remember 9/11 and recognize the wonderful halftime performance by the Michigan Band as they paid tribute to the lives lost 20 years ago. The 2 biggest wins in the first two weeks of this College Football season have come from the Pac-12. As Oregon defeated #3 Oh io State in the best game of the weekend. The Ducks averaged 7.07 yards per rush as the Buckeyes give up over 200 rushing yards. The conference of champions is having a great start to their season so far. On the other end of the spectrum are the Huskies. As they have struggled mightily on offense. After scoring a touchdown on their opening drive in week one, they proceeded to not score on their next 19 drives. The loss to Michigan has put their coaching staff on the hot seat and for good reason. On a positive note, Dori's positive player spotlight focuses on Race Porter.
