Franklin High School has a rich history in the emerald city of Seattle. Great alumni such as Dr. Bill Hutchinson, who founded Fred Hutchinson  Cancer Research Center named after his brother Fred, a former MLB player and coach. Grammy award-winning Jazz musician Kenny G. Sports icons such as MLB hall of farmer Ron Santo, Mario Bailey, Corey Dillon, Terry Metcalf, and so many others. There's a rich history of greatness at Franklin High School. The greatness that Athletic Director Scott Griggs is constantly reminded of as he walks the halls and sees the banners on the walls or the alumni bricks laying on the floors. He embraces this history as he helps lay down his own foundation for future generations.
