Almost 20 % of non-Luxembourgish residents have registered to vote in the municipal elections. Compared to the last election, this is a huge increase. However, the Association for migrant workers (Asti) drafted an open letter to denounce the low turnout. In our interview, Sergio Ferreira, the head of political campaigning for Asti, explains why 20% in Asti's eyes is not enough for democracy.
