Phil Coale of Tampa, Florida, heads up the Phil Coale Band, a modern mix of rock n roll, blues, soul and old time country with Mike Merritt on bass and Brian Jones on drums. On August 13th performers, including Phil Coale Band, Kimberly Fulton, Devin C Wynn, Hometown Hero, and others participated in the spoken word and musical artists’ competition as they competed in I Want to Be Heard Showcase.
