Yes, this podcast is a way to process grief, and i thank my family and friends for standing by as we hit the birthday date my dad chose to celebrate on (1/21). I also detail many events that led to processing this grief that were joyous like proposing to Gabby and seeing my mom get healthier to end 2023 and start 2024!
