Everyone in the household in Colorado is taking on a new challenge, creating a change, and seeing what kind of growth is created. For Brian, it's creating a better balance with extracurriculars and food. Nate is giving up chewing tabacco, and the rest of the household is taking on the challenge of giving up alcohol! Much of this is built on the topic of sleep and performance, or even just living a much better life and being able to achieve more for themselves.
