Federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos says a deal could be made within weeks. The provinces have been asking Ottawa to cover 35 per cent of the cost of healthcare compared to the current 22 per cent of funding being made but the federal health minister did not disclose if they would indeed agree to this.
