Send us a text#285 - The 2024 Olympics in Paris begin July 26th and it promises to be a pretty spectacular games for running in general! There are so many track and marathon stories that these games will be a great one to follow! I give a brief breakdown to the different American entries in the track events and marathon. The track finals took place in Eugene these past couple of weeks and what a time it was! Many records were broken and memories made! I can't wait for the Paris Games! I also talk about my 10-mile trail run and hike this last weekend.
