Labour's criticising the Prime Minister regarding his knowledge of legislation on bootcamps.  The Government is crafting law to allow the use of force for restraining youth offenders at the military-style academies. The Prime Minister has said he wasn't aware there were suggestions force could be used.  Labour MP Willow-Jean Prime says that's not okay.
