A quiet week in domestic affairs (aside from greyhound racing and an alleged donation of $1mil by Turnbull to his own party) leads us to focus on more international issues this week, including the Turkish coup, the attack in Nice, the UN's role in the South China Sea Dispute, endorsements in the US presidential election, and the new British Prime Minister, Teresa May.
