The first paper by Kameda et al. assessed long-term safety and efficacy of UPA over 5 years in Japanese patients with moderate-to- severe active RA and an inadequate response to stable doses of csDMARDs-IR. The second paper by Salvato et al. assessed the impact of chronic oral low-dose GCs on the efficacy and retention rates of JAK inhibitors compared to other mechanisms of action therapies in a cohort of RA patients with inadequate response to TNFi.
