Robert Budd Sho

The road for a UCSB graduate with a degree in Biochemistry to Strength Coach has been a curvy one. What events happened that make Mike different as a coach and therapist may be the events that would make most people take the path that has been prescribed to them.  We met during a Kettlebell class that I was teaching and was impressed in the amount of body control he had and that he does't shy away from being that guy who warms up differently than anyone else does. I was so impressed with his abilities that I asked him to train me and there our friendship begun.  I hope you enjoy hanging out with Mike and I as we chat in the coffee shop about why philosophy books have been more of an influence on him than the text books of his trade.  Enjoy!!!  Robert Budd
