Hi welcome to Juliet Kitchen. So what's the point of this pod cast. Why am I doing them. Well the aim of Juliet Kitchen is to help teach people simple ways to empower them through food. Food can be a medicine food is medicine if we choose to use it in that way. All around us need to provide solutions to the things that we're going through. We just have to know where to look and how to look.
