This weeks episode I sat down with Michael Johnson from the Pheasant Restaurant and Lounge and Coteau des Prairies Olive Oil Company.  I have always wanted to ask Michael about the history and was glad he agreed to sit down and chat.  I'm sure there are many famous tales from the Pheasant and I'm glad I got to hear a few.  Michael, Trevor, and the rest of the #pheasantfam do an amazing job creating memories for all walks of life.  We talk the restaurant, olive oil, balsamic, and more.  It's always fun talking with an extremely knowledgeable individual, and I learned a lot.
