Julio Galvez aka “The Whooligan” is the Director of Worldwide Bookings and Partnerships for Soulection. The Whooligan is also a DJ on the roster with over 15 years of performance experience. Since joining Soulection in the summer of 2013, Julio has executed and managed 25+ domestic and international tours, as well as countless one-off events, reaching 6 continents and over 150+ cities, for over 15 artists and DJs.
