Truck drivers stopping for the Federal mandatory 10 hour break in the state of Virginia rest areas are being woke up after two hours by law enforcement officials and are told that they have to move. Allen looks at this hot topic as the state plans on closing major rest areas and why law enforcement is actually breaking the law when they force weary drivers to move on.
