Chip Chats

On today's Episode, Ben (IG - @oakfella) and I speak about fibermyalgia, mental health, and social stigma's. We share our commonalities while also speaking about something that isn't often discussed. I've been wanting to have a serious conversation with Ben about everything he goes through and I'm so glad we sat down and opened up.
