Every leader needs to engage others in order to maximize the potential of the other person and their commitment to the organization. This week, we're beginning a series on how to engage the people that you lead. My apologies for not airing a show last week, but it was for a very good reason. Bonni and I welcomed our son into the world on February 2nd. Luke David Stachowiak is his name and both him and his mom are doing wonderfully well, now that we are home.
