Episode 17 is another interview with my Lactation Consultant, Laura and we chat all about going back to work + pumping milk for the little babes. I found pumping to be extremely daunting so this was a HUGE help to me and I hope it helps y'all as well.  More about Laura:  Laura is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and member of the New Jersey Breastfeeding Coalition, New Jersey IBCLC Association, and the Pennsylvania Resource Organization for Lactation Consultants. She completed my clinical internship in 2015 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Her personal mission is to empower families, help them to set realistic goals in their breastfeeding journey’s, and minimize the stress that comes with new parenthood.
