I interviewed my lactation consultant + friend, Laura Sarantinoudis-Jones, BS, IBCLC, who truly helped me and Lizzie make it through the rougher stages of breastfeeding. Laura is a SAINT for dealing with my millions of questions, text messages, emails, meetings, etc. And now Lizzie and I are 8 months strong thanks to her. I am so grateful and wanted to share all of Laura’s knowledge with everyone. So in episode 16 we chat all about BREASTFEEDING .  Laura is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and member of the New Jersey Breastfeeding Coalition, New Jersey IBCLC Association, and the Pennsylvania Resource Organization for Lactation Consultants. She completed my clinical internship in 2015 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Her personal mission is to empower families, help them to set realistic goals in their breastfeeding journey’s, and minimize the stress that comes with new parenthood.
