Episode 7 features my friend Chanel Kenner of @FitFabWellbyChanel. Chanel is a certified nutrition coach and clinical nutrition student on a track to become a registered dietitian. She is also a wife and mama bear to a sweet, curious and funny 9-month-old Sophie.
