This show highlights two major businesses in the Prairie View area that have developed into the local hotspots near Prairie View A&M University main campus. Host LaRachelle Smith from Cooperative Extension  and co-host Lakesha Clark, Miss Prairie View A&M University , interviews entrepreneurs, Mr. Hemp, owner of the Donut Shop and Mr. and. Mrs. Charleston, owners of Brubakers.They gave tips  on how to start a business, and shared insight on how they were able to launch their business in the rural area of Prairie View, Texas. Listen as they talk about some of the essentials to writing a business plan and how to build a profitable and successful business from the ground up.
