The Clink Charity runs restaurants in prisons across the country including HMP Styal near Wilmslow. But the food isn’t your stereotypical prison food – this is high quality food cooked and served by the prisoners. In this Podcast we’ll hear from some of the people that work alongside the prisoners and from rose – an ex prisoner now working in the new Clink Café in Manchester city centre.
