Joe Raineri and Dane Martinez open up the show looking at how the Mets, now inching closer to the Wild Card and the NL East division, and how it is not impossible for the Mets to get in to the playoffs, especially now they play a lot of their games at home. Joe and Dane explain how the recent streak by the Mets now makes them less profitable among the bettors, citing their -220 run line tonight against the Marlins. Looking at the Yankees, the guys fear the issue with the pitching rotation, specifically, Masahiro Tanaka and his horrid run the last few months.
