Dean answers what he feels actors should know and do if they want to be taken seriously in the voice over industry and gives a great tip for creating animation characters. He shares his approach to being an agent in today’s industry and his criteria for representing talent that are outside of Los Angeles. Dean expresses his desire for his clients to be proactive when hearing about auditions, and his stance on representing union and non-union actors. He offers advice to actors who want to work in the voice over industry and offers perspective on the parallels of voice acting to his background as a competitive diver.
