Chris Enss is an author and screenwriter who has written more than 20 books on the subject of women in the Old West, and has collaborated with producer Howard Kazanjian on seven books, including two about Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. Chris has won 5 Will Rogers Medallion Award, 2 Academy of Western Artists Elmer Kelton Award, and the Western Writers of America Spur Finalist Award. Chris has 2 books coming out, the first called Iron Women, about the women who built the railroad, comes out later this year, and an upcoming book with Howard Kazanjian, called the Widow’s Circle, about the Elizabeth Custer, comes out in 2022. https://twitter.com/4par
