When I first met Oliver, I had no idea the caliber of individual I was shaking hands with. Quiet, almost stoic, but engaged Oliver can seem at first glance like he could care less about what's going on around him. This however couldn't be further from the truth. He's a driven and observant man with conviction; A full or no throttle type guy that's not afraid to get his hands dirty to "get it done".
