What happens when you have a Chili Cook-Off and Summer breaks out! It happened in May in Vermont. Thanks to some intrepid Chili chefs, amazing Cabot Creamery Cheese and Sour Cream and Island Homemade Ice Cream to cool us down, it was fantastic.
