Isaiah is a Butchulla and Gawara saltwater man and we were privileged to hear his story; from his childhood going through 17 foster care 'placements' in his first 18 years, his reconnection with family and community, and the work he does now to welcome young Indigenous people living in out-of-home care with welcome arms.
