Joe started his career in 2008 with BFD and was promoted to Captain in 2017. Joe takes us through his path from a small town in Washington State, his introduction into EMS, & fire service, to Alaska, and to his current role. We talk about becoming a Paramedic, Paramedic school, and the beginning, current status, and the future of the Community Paramedic program in Whatcom County.
