OUT OF THE DJRB VAULT: This is a blast from the past! I had the distinct honor to play the closing party of the Original World-Famous Pavilion on in the Pine on Fire Island at the end of the 2010 season. That winter our original sacred space burnt to the ground. :( For many of us that original Pavilion was a home and was our church. I would frequently pay homage to the ANTHEMS of the day in my own party at the Pavilion and this one just happen to fall on the closing party of that year.
