ERCOT warns rising temperatures next week may cause a power emergency due to residents cranking up the AC. To address this emergency, ERCOT will cancel and delay planned generator outages from Tuesday to Thursday to support the grid, according to the Dallas Morning News. Did we not learn anything from Snomageddon a few years ago??? If we're needing to protect the grid in the April heat, then what is it going to look like in the middle of the summer?
