Rob interviews Chris Severe, a spokesman for a multi-state effort to pass porn censorship requirements in states like North Dakota. During the interview Rob reveals to Severe that the North Dakota bill was withdrawn. Also Rob talks about legislation which would end Daylight Saving Time in North Dakota and move the whole state to the central time zone.
