First, let’s not call you a cheater. The foods we label as good and bad cause us to have an unhealthy relationship with food. And it’s not the foods that are bad or good, it’s the quantity that makes the difference. I mean there are good healthy foods and foods that are not so nutritious. Great t tasting foods don’t have to be taboo and eliminated from your diet. Furthermore,  eat the foods you enjoy in moderation. And if you have a meal that wasn’t in your diet plan and your account for it, it’s ok. You didn’t fuck anything up. However, we hear people skipping their next meal, and even fast the next day to balance out one meal and it's causing more disruption to your weight loss goal.
