A pharisee and tax collector went to the temple to pray.  The pharisee, in self-righteousness, thanked God for not being like other men, that he fasted twice a week, and he was a tither. Ten lepers cried out to Jesus to be cleansed from leprosy. In response to Peter's question about forgiveness, Jesus tells the parable of the unforgiving servant. In the parable, the Master forgave his servant the equivalent of $3.5 billion, yet he didn't forgive his servant the equivalent of $5 thousand.
