Marvel's Star Wars: Jar Jar #1 one-shot debuts this week and it's a solid story that captures the intricacies of not just the Gungan dealing with the ramifications of his push to give Palpatine emergency powers, but also provides readers with a long-game view of how rebellions are birthed and maintained.
