We're meant to relate to the Holy Spirit as we would a person. We all need to cultivate our relationship with the Holy Spirit and live in such a way as not to grieve Him. In this message John begins to open the subject that will continue to unfold over the coming weeks.

Jesus is moved by faith. Faith doesn't come just from what is said but by what is done - the action proves our belief in God. In seeking more of God, by responding to His promise with action, this is actually our faith. We can be sure, that if we're seeking him for more power, we will receive. The Holy Spirit isn't meant to be some kind of optional extra for your life but it's the intent of God that you would walk in power all your days. This message will help add to your hunger in seeking more of Him.

Throughout history, God has poured out unique gifts to His people, and in this message Philip highlights that in seeking more of the power of the spirit in our lives we can expect to receive unique gifts too.
