02-27-18 - Romans, Chapter 7 deals with the freedom of the law.  Chapter 6 dealt with freedom from sin.  This chapter teaches that deliverance from sin is not enough, but that we also need to know deliverance from the law.  Paul asserts that faith into Messiah and His Holy Spirit is all that is needed to please God irrespective of the Judaizers argument of continued submission and bondage to the law. Idol #31 – Lord forgive us for programming you to death. We literally schedule the HOLY Ghost right out of the church. Lord forgive us for not allowing you to do what YOU want to do in the services. Idol #30 – Lord forgive us for putting our leaders up on a pedestal where only YOU should be. Forgive us for not seeking God ourselves alongside them so that we always know the truth and our leaders CONFIRM what YOU speak through us. Help us to have ears to hear you and eyes to see. We recognize the great falling away is happening before our eyes and we must keep our eyes upon you and not idolize people. If we don’t, and they fall, it may harm many. Forgive us for comparing ourselves to other people and thus not appreciating the AMOUNT THAT YOU PLACED IN FRONT OF OUR EYES. Forgive us for being disappointed when it’s only a few or a few hundred, etc. Help us Lord to have appreciative hearts when it comes to ANY ASSIGNMENT YOU GIVE US! Idol #28 – Lord we repent for leaning upon drugs to heal our broken hearts and ailment FIRST before we seek your face about it. Forgive us for leaving our first love. We will not obey you as a minister to travel somewhere because of animals. We will love the animals more than our own children, spouse, and even you Lord. Idol #25 – Lord forgive us, the Body of Christ, for being co-dependent on the government for our provision. We have latched on to the beast to take care of us for food, housing, clothing, money, etc. God help us to not have the GOVERNMENT as our idol. The government is not our provider, YOU ARE LORD. God forgive us for raising children to LIE AND SAY THEY HAVE A DISABILITY so that they can getmoney from the government the rest of their life and health insurance. Forgive us for frauding the government by lying to get all these provisions. You say in your word that all LIARS will not go to heaven. Lord forgive us for causing others to feel that they NEED the government because the church quit loving their neighbors and helping to take care of houses. Idol #24 – Lord we repent for bringing Occultic things, symbols, TV shows, movies, kids games, etc., into our homes. Please forgive us for partnering with the culture and allowing our children to read such things as Harry Potter and that going in our children’s spirits for eternity. Forgive us Lord for slacking as stewards of our children. Help us to shut the door to the enemy at ALL gates and not allow him in. Lord forgive us for bringing Occultic things in our churches. Forgive us for bringing ideas created by Satan into our sanctuaries and using them as tactics to win souls. We do NOT have to partner with Satan to win souls. This is ludicrous. Idol #23 - Today we are focusing on the god we have created out of our own self. We have become the #selfie generation and the #allaboutme people. We have built ministries around building the person UP and elevating the man instead of encouraging the man to go LOW in servanthood and to DIE to his flesh & become more like Christ. We have become so ME focused that a new type of church is arising called THE EMERGENT CHURCH to where it does nothing but build UP YOUR FLESH and tickle ears. God help the church. Dr. June Knight discusses the coming revival and talks with Revivalist Stacy Mitchell about his experience at the Brownsville Revival. Stacy is known for  carrying the cross across the nation and being a street preacher. He gives great insight into the condition of the church and how we can strive for REAL revival. We reject theology which would cause us to lust after worldly things when God says if you love this world MORE than you love me then you're not worthy of the kingdom.
