We can easily grow up with traditions and yet lose the meaning and significance behind them. Even everyday life is full of unspoken traditions that give meaning to our activities. Come and sit around the Passover Meal and not just hear, but experience the story of the Exodus, even as Jesus reinterpreted it for us today.

Philippians is a warm letter exchanged between friends. Paul's yearns for their joy to increase and sets an example for them. There is a solution for a troubled mind, whether the anxiety is caused by outside pressure or by interpersonal frictions. God grants us the peace that transcends all human understanding and guards our thoughts! What a privilege!

This fourth message concludes the powerful story of Joseph, who went from prisoner to Prime Minister, whose life looked like it was going backwards to that which God promised him. Yet God is in control and makes everything work together for good!

This is Part 3 of the series on the story of Joseph. Now he has been exalted, what will be his attitude towards the very brothers that betrayed him so many years prior? Joseph acts as a powerful illustration of how the Lord deals with those he yearns to save!

The gospel is beautifully portrayed in the Book of Genesis in the story of Joseph, his betrayal at the hands of his brothers. Nevertheless, Joseph, after his exaltation, moves to save those very same brothers. Also, there are many key lessons in the story of Joseph that illustrate how God prepares the vessel that he has called. This is the first of a series in a seminar that investigates what the scripture says about praying for the sick. The first in this series deals primarily first with the question of cessationism. Have the gifts of the Spirit been put aside now that the scripture has been written? After that question has been investigated, then we can go specifically to the question of healing.

In the work of revival, God has his initiatives, and the believer is to give his response. In pressing forward into expressing the power of the kingdom, what responsibilities belongs to God, and what responsibilities belongs to man? How do God and man unite together in the work of his kingdom? Is this just for adults, or can God use youth as well?

The miracles of Jesus are beyond outstanding! Did he perform miracles as God, or did he lay aside his divinity to perform miracles as a man who was anointed by the Holy Spirit? This question is very important for those who obey his command to take the gospel of the kingdom throughout the world. What is the relationship of the Holy Spirit to Jesus, and is it the same as our relationship to the Holy Spirit?

We all desire true revival. Is there a way we can attract the presence of God? Does the scripture teach us about a path that leads to revival? Amazingly, the scripture teaches us that even though God cannot be contained in magnificent houses built of gold or silver, he can make himself manifest in a heart that is broken and contrite before him. This is how the way of the Lord is prepared.

After Mary had a visitation from the angel Gabriel, she went with haste to visit her aged cousin Elizabeth. The result of this encounter with the mother of John the Baptist was that Mary burst forth in a prophetic song that fills out much of what Gabriel had told her, and would also combine with the prophetic song of Zacharias. These prophetic utterances inform us about the ultimate meaning of why God sent His Son into the world at a time we call Christmas!

When God initiated the events that make up the Christmas story, he began with an angelic visitation with an elderly priest named Zacharias. When his miracle son, John the Baptist, was born, his tongue was loosed and he breaks forth in prophetic song. This prophetic song gives God's perspective of what He is doing as the wonders of the Christmas story unfold from the birth of Christ, and gives meaning and perspective right through to the end of Luke's gospel. God has come to visit! What does that mean and how should we respond?

Everyone loves miracles. Great crowds will gather to witness and receive demonstrations of the power of God. But do we realize the cost of obtaining and then maintaining such a kingdom ministry. Jesus set the pattern for kingdom ministry, and he showed us how it is maintained. Let us follow his example/

God will test his servants to see if they are trustworthy. The harvest is precious to God. To whom can he entrust such a noble work, which is both glorious in its outworking, but fraught with difficulties. God oohs for people he can trust.

Every worker desires the full blessing of God. Are there conditions that we must meet if we desire the full backing of God in the work he has called us to do? If so, what are they? Let us hear the voice of scripture on this all important question!

Every morning a miracle happens! The darkness gives up to the coming day! God's day always begins in the evening, not at sunrise. So when things go dark, is the devil winning, or is God initiating a new day with new beginnings? Let us also offer our sacrifices at the 'ninth hour' to him who explodes into our lives with his victory!
