22/09/2019 Duración: 44minWhy? 1. We all suffer some sort of “paralysis” that we can’t always cure by ourselves. (v.3) 2. Friends go the extra mile if they really care. (v.4-5a) 3. a. Although impossible by others to do, Jesus can free us from our paralysis. (v.5b-11) b. And that’s worth shouting to the whole wide world: “This is Jesus Territory!” (v.12) Challenge: We Christ-followers have freedom in Christ. So go and bring a friend to Jesus who can help them too.

14/07/2019 Duración: 43minOutline: For many of us, work will make up a majority of our lifetime. Ideally we should enjoy our work, but often many do not. Matter of fact, some even hate their jobs. So how can we change this? From Ecclesiastes 2:18-26, 4 Stop and Think Moments: 1. No matter how hard you work for earthly rewards, you can’t take it with you when you die! (v.18, 21) Jesus warns us in Parable of Rich Fool. (Luke 12:15-21) Jesus gives us new way of thinking. (Matthew 6:19-21) 2. Stressing about work does no good. (v.23) Don’t worry! Be happy, because God has you covered. (Matthew 6:31-34) 3. Can’t truly enjoy life unless you enjoy God. (v.24-25) Joy comes from God! (John 15:11, Romans 14:17) 4. Conclusion: Pleasing yourself is a dead end! Pleasing God has eternal reward! (v.26) How to be good in the eyes of God? Only through Jesus! “For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.ȁ

First I will Read the passage and then you tell me if you have a sense of what the problem or problems might be, okay?. 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[b] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Ok, did you catch the problem that the church was having? Let me put it like this. From verses 4 to 7 you have a poem about love. The romantic people call it a poem. The geeky people call in a definition. If you look at the outline you know which one we are. Just kidding. 15 definitions of love. Notice the first two are positive. Notice the last four are positive. And right in the middle, right in between are 9 definitions of love that are
