    The Roadrace Factory is entering the 2015 MotoAmerica season with new rider announcements and Danny Walker joins us to discuss the exciting rider lineup for the season ahead. Jake Gagne will head up the teams efforts for 2015 aboard the all new Yamaha R1 in Superstock. Jake's training has ramped up in the off season as he prepares for his return to the Roadrace Factory. Tomas Puerta (Columbia) brings high expectations for the RRF team in 2015 riding the R6 Yamaha in the Supersport Class. Puerta was the AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike Rookie of the Year. Ben Young will be returning to the American road racing scene after a season abroad in the British Superbike Series competing in the 1000cc Superstock class.     Breaking this week is the news that Roger Hayden has resigned with the Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Team with a new 2 year contract. Roger continues to be a threat to win races and championships. Most of their history is intertwined in American radio history and the fit feels perfectly natural to have them as part of this show.  We discuss Crosley history as well as his efforts as an ARCA stock car driver. In actual fact Bo drives a couple of other racing automobiles as well.     His career as a professional motorcycle road racer spanned 4 decades. With 71 National road race victories Rich Oliver is the third winningest rider in American history! Rich is a 5 time AMA 250 National Champion. He is a WERA 250 Champion. In 1996 and 1997 he was undefeated with 20 wins straight! Rich Oliver has been a Formula USA 500 cc National Champion and was a factory rider for Yamaha in Superbike and Supersport. His race experience includes Superbike, Supersport, Battle of the Twins, Formula USA and World Gran Prix 500 and 250! In addition to all of that, Rich Oliver is a Two Stroke engine builder, compenent designer and fabricator as well as Race Team Manager, rider coash and trainer for up and coming riders. His Rich Oliver's Mystery School recently completed it's 15th season!  His work as color analyst for SPEED as well as Sonoma Raceway and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca has earned him the respect of fans worldwide.     The Hart Racing Team has assembled a talented group of individuals for the 2015 AMA Pro Grand National Championship season and you hear it here first! James Hart, flat track team owner will again be joined this season by Dan Thompson of Hot-ShotMotorworks. Thompson has been designing and developing the Kawasaki twin utilizing state a state of the art dyno and now creating software specific to that powerplant. He has been building flat track powerplants since 1977. He and James Hart have worked together since 2013 and feel they have the package to deliver a championship winning motorcycle to their two new riders for 2015. Hank Scott won of 17 Grand National Main Events is a Dirt Track and AMA Hall of Fame member. In the 70's and 80's, Scott won on mile, half mile and short tracks.     Following a most successful but brief career in professional road racing in America, The Rocket Rispoli made the move overseas to compete in the British Supersport Championship taking multiple American Championships with him. His resume is impressive in both AMA Pro Flat Track and AMA Pro Road Racing. James is the only competitor to win the Supersport East, West and National Champinship as well as the coveted Young Gun award. Following his 9th place finish for 2014 in the British Supersport Championship he has re-signed with Team Traction Control for 2015 to compete again in British Supersport.     Mert Lawwill won the 1969 Grand National Championship. In 1970 Bruce Brown produced On Any Sunday featuring Mert's bid to repeat the feat.     The heavy hitters of flat track join us tonight on Talking Motorcycles!   The 2014 AMA Pro Grand National Championship has arrived at it's final date for the season. The Pomona Flat Track Finals is at hand and the chase for the championship comes down to three riders. Two of the heavy hitters in Grand National competition are on the show tonight! Jared Mees has a 13 point lead coming into the final round. His Rogers Racing HD has performed beautifully all season long and Jared is riding at the top of his game. Norm Nelson, rider for Cannonball Team 23 had a brilliant ride and finished the epic 4000 mile journey from Daytona Beach to Tacoma, Washington with a perfect score. They will be credited with second place out of a field of 100 riders but that definitely does not tell the entire story. Norm will give us his perspective on the  thrill of near victory and the agony of defeat.     In this episode of Talking Motorcycles we go LIVE with some of the top competitors of this years event which departs from Daytona Beach this Friday night and arrives in Tacoma, Washngton September 21st. This epic ride is done on motorcycles built prior to 1937. Riders will be required to navigate well, ride and truly have an understanding of their classic machines. Patrick Simmons, lead singer and guitar for the Doobie Brothers!  Norm Nelson is one of the best. He once rode his 1958 Harley-Davidson Sportster from Jacksonville, Florida to Alaska. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of that ride he did it again riding from St. Augustine, Florida to Alaska at 70 years old. He has won the vintage race at Datyona International Speedway 6 times on a Norton Manx. When the Historic Motorcycle Society chose Norm to ride in the event last year he nearly won it. In 2014, Norm and Team 23 are set to do it again hoping for a win. Norm will join us on this episode to discuss the ride just two days before they depart!  Buz
