Gina opens with a quote about childhood trauma that she thought would be interesting to discuss. We dived deep into this subject, and looked at how each of us dealt with trauma on our own lives. Could be valuable if more people were willing to have a closer look at how they may have been impacted by trauma themselves. It's much more than being beaten or starved.
