In this episode, I introduce OHL scout for the Sault-St. Marie Greyhounds Kyle Barber to the podcast via FaceTime - the first podcast recorded completely over the phone. Kyle provides an overview on his ascension within the coaching and scouting hockey worlds, followed by an in-depth discussion on player development at the minor hockey, junior, major-junior, AHL and NHL levels.
