Former sports producer from NY moves to Seattle and becomes friends with a football coach/head of diversity and inclusion(everyday job) along with with a tennis coach/teacher and daughter of a Hall of Fame football coach and we have created NYSEA. Where we talk sports and more. We discuss sports, community, outreach programs, diversity inclusion and more.     Jack Cerchiara joins us this week on NYSEA. He is the head coach for the university of Washington lacrosse program. We hung out and discussed the rise of lacrosse in the state of Washington. How the game can keep growing and what kind of struggles come with being a club team on the College and High School level. What does a college coach like in his lacrosse program? Coach likes Multi-sport athletes, leadership, accountability, etc. What does a high school student need to do to get better? We discuss it. We discuss the new rules in D1 lax such as sub box, Shot clock, and the dive. What teams does he like to watch play? Just a real cool, fun and informative time hanging out with coach Cerchiara.
