Something about the approaching holidays makes us suckers for a good classic film!

Our guest this week, filmmaker AJ Berna, grew up watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles since he was three. He schools us on some of the history and origin of the TV show and movies, and we learn if he or either of our hosts were ever tempted by some of the "bad" behavior from the movie. Cowabunga, dude!

It's not uncommon for two year olds to throw fits when they can't watch their favorite movie; what's unusual is for that movie to be Fried Green Tomatoes (1991). We talk with our friend Jon about this Southern story and its underlying, though not very obscured, romance between two of the main female characters.
