We might walk along the same spot at 2 different hight and have a complete different experience on how we can perform. Likewise, where we are experiencing fear in certain situations in life we can loose our potential. The only difference is that in the second example there might be no real danger, just the construct of our mind. I could no longer hold it. This is my human experience, do what you wish with it. I see society selling you unnecessary  "solutions" that will make you sick so that can "cure" you later with more unnecessary "solutions" that will make you sicker.
